TOGETHER Groups, or T-Groups, are where we connect in a small group setting to dive in to specific topics or enter in to Bible engagement!
You are NOT just coming to a lecture, studying a curriculum, or doing a book review. The purpose of T-Groups is to BUILD RELATIONSHIPS within and without the Northside Community. The material and environment will lend itself to an integrated approach. As you BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with one another you will have numerous opportunities for discussion allowing ORGANIC DISCIPLESHIP to flow out of your T-Group. This will BUILD MATURITY within your small group community and ultimately within our Northside Community. Maturity means your T-Group is growing in relationship, discipleship, and leadership. Small Group settings also BUILD TRUST better as each person in your T-Group is valued and empowered to participate in discussion and risk being vulnerable in a safe and loving community.
TOGETHER Groups are broken up into semesters where topics of discussion will change. Trust us when we say you don't want to miss out!
